It's final! SBPA dibatalkan today...been to the public servants gathering at PICC Putrajaya this morning..Some of the SBPA terms are good..for instance, the exit policy is actually giving benefit and advantage especially to the professionals to work/practice their special skills off the service. Sometimes it's good for those public servants who have not experience working outside the comfortable zone of "keroje Gomen". To me, i'm thinking of that too...hahaha...to gain much salary...(plus much work) then perhaps come back into the service..caitt..konon la kan macam semudah itu..hahaha...Hopefully that the term will be absorbed and transferred into the SSM for a betterment.
However, praise to Allah for the rezeki of 13 % increment of the salary...Syukur... :)
